After the evaluation of our findings, we decided to search for a Partner in the field of retail, since the research showed that retail is the most common place communication problems occur. Our partner, Pharmacy at Berlin Central station, allowed us to shadow them during their work day so we could collect data to support our idea of creating Wiebitte. Supported through the research we started ideating interfaces, forms, and sizes till we came to the final design.
Since this project was fairly extensive workwise and quite a few people were involved, we organized our team with the scrum method. Through this technique, we could effectively organize the project from the research and the technical side over to the full development of the product and brand identity.
